EADR
European Alternative Dispute Resolution is an independent arbitration service, providing alternative dispute resolution for the client’s disputes both in German and English language. EADR has been approved by the European Commission as an ADR entity. One of its’ main goals is to raise awareness within operators and customers as well as improve ADR network support.
We have created a network, where ADR entities can connect to discuss and develop a common approach to dispute resolution, called Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum.
